The truth is, no one can tell you exactly how the birth and postpartum recovery will go for you. Every birth is different, and every person has their journey on the path of pregnancy to childbirth recovery postpartum.

But you can try to be as prepared as possible, so at least you know what general terms could be coming your way. But while there is so much information on pregnancy, and even tons of advice on how to get the labor, we are far from the information on postnatal care.

Perhaps because all the parents who cross are a new baby in fog, and perhaps because it can be difficult and fun to talk to, but the Postpartum conversations tend to occur on a smaller scale quietly with only our closest, most trusted advisors.

Get as much sleep as you can. The thing that your body needs more after childbirth is rest – Both physical and mental to maximize your recovery, let others around you cook and clean for you and also let others take care of your baby throughout the day so you can get as much sleep as possible.

Take care of your tears. In particular, normal deliveries, the tear can take place: 85% to 90% of births for the first time result in abrasions or tears of joy, and the rates are lower for subsequent births.
